Cancellation Policy

At Therapy by Sam Baggott, I totally understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact.

To ensure fairness for all clients and to allow me to manage our schedule effectively, I kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations & Late Notice Changes

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice of your appointment – no charge.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice of your appointment – you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours of your appointment – The full treatment cost will be charged.
• No-show or missed appointment – The full treatment cost will be charged.

New Client Bookings

To secure your appointment, new clients may be required to pay in advance. This helps prevent last-minute cancellations and ensures your booking is confirmed.
