This is a long overdue review from a very happy repeat customer! I first started seeing Sam a few years ago about my problematic skin as a last resort of trying something before starting to use and take prescribed acne medication from my GP - I’m so pleased I did! From my first appointment, Sam made me feel at ease. She was amazing at helping me establish a good skincare routine, allowing me to try products to work out what my skin liked best.  Through her persistence and understanding my skin has improved so much to the point that I now feel confident enough to leave the house without make up which is something I never thought I would do! I would highly recommend Sam to anyone who is experiencing problems with their skin of any kind. Her knowledge is amazing and she is so easy to talk to. The only person I trust with my skincare questions!

Sam is such an excellent beauty therapist that I worry about giving her a positive review in case she's over-run by clients and hasn't time to fit me in! At 56 years of age, I've been around the block enough to realise that she is truly exceptionally skilled and professional. She is also a lovely intelligent person and a good laugh.

Sam rescued me when I was heavily pregnant in the summer months and couldn’t paint my toenails! She did an amazing job and since then I’ve been back to her many times, although usually for one of her very relaxing back, neck and shoulder massages. My husband knows he can’t go wrong with a gift voucher for a treatment with Sam.

I absolutely love going to see Sam for a massage! 💖 5* because of her excellent customer service, welcoming, friendly, kindness towards your needs, and magical hands to ease any pain. This time though, I went for a much needed full body massage as I'd been aching in more places than usual. I slept like a baby that night! 😴 She also gives amazing advice and sells Dermalogica products which are fantastic for my skin! I would highly recommend and am a regular customer because why go anywhere else?

I used to use a local salon but after a while I felt I was just another customer. Sam was recommended to me by a work colleague and I have never looked back. Sam is a lovely lady and fantastic therapist! I always go back for my waxing, never anywhere else now. Recently, I had eyebrow tinting for the first time as well and over the moon with the results. Dark enough to make a difference but not so dark I look odd without make up at work. Highly recommend!

About 3 years ago my massage therapist moved out of the area and I was at a loss as to where to go to continue my treatment. After searching the internet I spotted an address near by. My wife made an appointment for me with Sam explaining that I suffer from Parkinsons Disease and that massage often helps stimulate nerve endings and can improve my mobility. A few days later I was standing on the door step of number 65 feeling slightly nervous and apprehensive at meeting someone for the first time. I need not have worried. I was first informed about Sam's Therapy last year. Since then I have never looked back. Sam always offers a warm and professional service in her aesthetically pleasant salon. The advice that Sam gives is current, along with the products she uses. The quality of her service, for me is irreplaceable. She has worked wonders with my finger nails using the Geleration System and the new gel wax Sam is using was once again another great product.
